RESTORING HOPE TO THE ELDERLY AND HOLOCAUST SURVIVORS

Give a Holocaust Survivor the Gift of Family

This Rosh Hashanah

Rosh Hashanah is approaching. For many of us, the holiday means family, a full table, prayers, laughter, and meaningful moments together. But for lonely Holocaust survivors in Florida, the holiday can be the time when loneliness is felt most deeply.

“Every year, I pray that this time I won’t be forgotten and left alone for the holiday.”

Make Your Gift Today

We Are Their Family

Many lost their families during the Holocaust. Even today, decades later, some are left alone with their memories—with no family beside them, no one to wish them a sweet new year, and none of the warmth and togetherness that every person deserves during the holidays.

The Living with Hope project, supported by Give Click 4 Love and in partnership with Holocaust Heroes Worldwide, is dedicated to giving lonely Holocaust survivors in Florida and California a holiday filled with warmth, dignity, love, and hope.

This is more than a meal

It is more than a gift. It is the feeling that someone remembers them. That someone is coming to their door, That someone wants to listen to their story.
And that they are never truly alone.

The Jewish holidays remind us that we are one family. We do not leave a fellow Jew alone during the holidays, especially not a Holocaust survivor who has already endured more than anyone should ever have to bear.

This Rosh Hashanah, we will provide

Holiday gift packages delivered directly to survivors’ homes

Personal visits from caring volunteers

Warm and dignified holiday meals

Rosh Hashanah celebrations with music, dancing, and a loving community

Continued support and activities that help reduce loneliness beyond the holiday.
